I guess its a good thing we exited Gold and Silver when we did last week... today was something of a bloodbath! August Gold not only closed under $600 for the first time since April, it dropped almost 7.5% on the day. Even worse, July Silver dropped a whopping 12.9% on the day..... My guess is that we had quite a bit of forced liquidation.

Our Copper position also fared poorly, but not quite as bad as the precious metals. CAD sold off in a big way, and bonds were up (all bad for us) but Coffee, Lumber and Cotton moved in our favor.

We finally had that big day we've been waiting for in our TNR model. As you can see below (click to enlarge), both contracts had the perfect back and forth to give us profitable trade after profitable trade. We made a net total of $1989 on 10 trades. Tomorrow we are calling for a reversion day in ES and a neutral day in NQ.
