Well, we certainly did see some... er... fireworks today in the markets! The equity markets were of course the most visible, with pretty dramatic sell-offs in virtually every sector. The Dow ended the day down 214 points, erasing all of the gains YTD. In fact, today's close was the lowest close for the DJIA since November 10th!

The other interesting action occurred in the precious metals. At one point today, March Gold traded over $568/oz, but ended down on the day. That type of action usually doesn't indicate a strong market.

On the plus side, Crude did well for us today, and Sugar had a monster day, rallying over 1 full point on the day.

Finally, we did get long the CAD again today (as I feared yesterday), buying 2 of the March contracts at the close.

The TNR model was neutral today, but is calling for a reversion day in both ES and NQ on Monday.
