What a difference a day makes! Across the board weakness yesterday was replaced by across the board strength today, led in particular by the precious metals. Our new positions in Crude and Corn acted nicely on our first day holding them. Sugar again set a new contract high, and could someday surpass Copper as our favorite trade (although that would take some doing!).

The Canadian dollar opened below our stop, and proceeded to climb straight up. Our stop was hit, which means we should exit at the close, and that is what we did. However, it wouldn't surprise me to see us go long again in the next several days, at a higher level than we exited today... so it goes with our model.

Our TNR model, on the other hand, had a bad day. We were down a total of $1755 on the day, losing $621 in ES, and $1134 in NQ. Tomorrow is indicated as a Neutral day in both ES and NQ.
